Womb Hara massage blends feminine embodiment ritual, with sacred bodywork practices that are a fusion of several ancient modalities; including Mayan abdominal massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Fertility Massage, Emotional Anatomy, Energy healing, Womb awakening and Feminine Soul retrieval.

During each intentionally created session, we work with your guiding intention to release emotional blockages and open the energetic pathways in your body temple to allow for healing and self regulation to occur.

A session will incorporate a guided womb shamanic journey, with gentle, yet firm massage on the upper stomach and lower abdomen, where as a woman we hold so much of our own stress, and ancestors stagnant energy. Dragon Shakti breathing is a distinctly feminine form of shamanic breath work that falls under the category of holotropic breath work (mouth breathing).

With breath as the vehicle into the Womb and the Feminine Crown (Root), this practice invokes the natural breathing patterns of Feminine gateways of initiation, such as childbirth, sexual union and orgasm.

The non-stop circular breathing takes us out of our conscious, analytical mind, into the Feminine soul and her primal Dragon body. You are able to awaken a sleeping feminine power that lives within.

Dragon Shakti Breathing awakens our own Dragon or Serpent power, and awakens the Feminine Crown centre – bringing bliss, creative power, joy, ecstasy, embodiment, fierce wild love and tender kindness.
